          Due to the nature of our products and to maintain their quality and uniqueness, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. We encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions, images, and specifications before making a purchase.

RTO & Refund Policy

If an order is returned due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal, it will be marked as RTO.

  • Refund will be processed only after we receive the product back.
  • Shipping and RTO charges will be deducted from the total amount.
  • Remaining amount will be refunded for prepaid orders.

Important Notes:

  • We take great care in packing your order. However, Lenora3D Shop is not responsible for damage or loss caused during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please reach out to the courier service to file a claim. Kindly keep all packaging and the damaged item for verification. If you have any doubts, please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details.
  • If the transit box is damaged, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery. We also request that you record an unboxing video and take clear photos of the damaged product as evidence.
  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned under any circumstances.
  • Sale items, limited editions, and promotional products are also final sale.
