  • Since our products are handcrafted and printed individually, please allow 3–8 business days for production before your order is shipped.
  • Custom designs or bulk orders may take a little longer, and we’ll keep you updated throughout the process.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

          Once your order is ready, it will be shipped through trusted courier partners across India.
Typical delivery times:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other regions: 5–9 business days

You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: delivery times may vary due to courier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. While we always aim for timely delivery, we cannot guarantee exact arrival dates.

3. Shipping Charges

          Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly mentioned on our website or social media pages.

4. Order Accuracy

          Please double-check your shipping address and contact details before confirming your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

5. Damaged Packages

          We take great care in packing your order. However, Lenora3D Shop is not responsible for damage or loss caused during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please reach out to the courier service to file a claim. Kindly keep all packaging and the damaged item for verification.

6. Delays & Lost Packages

          In rare cases of shipping delays or lost parcels, we’ll coordinate with our delivery partner to investigate and assist you. Please understand that once a package is handed to the courier, some factors may be beyond our control, but we’ll do our best to help.
